Urine Drug Testing Collector:
$500.00 per student.
Certification allows the collector to collect DOT urine specimens for drugs.
Urine Drug Testing Collector Refresher Course:
$300.00 per student.
The recertification allows collectors to continue to collect DOT urine specimens after expiration of the initial certification.
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT):
$500.00 per student.
Certification allows the technician to perform DOT breath alcohol tests.
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Refresher course:
$300.00 per student.
This recertification allows the technician to continue to perform DOT breath alcohol tests after the initial certification has expired.
Consortium / Third Party Administration Training course:
$1000.00 per student.
This course offers general DOT knowledge with regards to managing your clients DOT drug and alcohol program, including managing a consortium/third party administration program.
